- Interior improvements for B occupancy in
3,000 square feet or less.
- Minor floor plan modifications only with
no structural calculations.
- No exterior modifications.
- Minimal energy modifications only.
- No food service areas.
- No change of use.
- No chemicals or gasses.
- No new or modifications to corridors or
fire resistive separations.

THIRD PARTY PLAN CHECK SERVICES
- Service is available. May solicit
the services of an outside plan check vendor if:
- The applicant demonstrates a specific need.
- The permit is for commercial tenant improvements.
- The project entails no change of use.
- The in-house staff within the normal time frame cannot complete the
plan check.

FEES
- Based on 6% to 8% (approx.) of total project
valuation.
