REQUIREMENTS

• Office spaces/Interior modifications less than 4,000sf.
• Retail spaces/Interior modifications less than 1,500sf.
• Industrial Spaces/Interior modifications less than 5,000sf.
• Tenant Spaces - B-2 occupancy classification.
  
  

RESTRICTIONS

• No storage or use of hazardous materials in tenant space.
• No alterations to the structural system of the T. I.  (Note: Structural modifications required to install roof mounted mechanical equipment are exempted pending Plan Checker verification.)

• T. I. (Large >$500,000) 6 weeks
• T. I. (Large >$50,000) 4 weeks
• T. I. (Small < $25,000) 3 weeks
