REQUIREMENTS
- Single story residential additions and interior alterations with minor
structural calculations.
- Minor residential projects such as garages, patio enclosures, decks, sheds,
skylight additions/re-roofs, bath and kitchen remodels, carports, patio covers
and trellises.
- Office, retail and other commercial projects - interior modifications less
than 3,000sf.
Limitations/Restrictions:
- Restaurants and facilities that utilize hazardous materials are excluded.
- No alteration to the structural system of the building due to the proposed
T. I.
- Minor structural modifications such as required to install roof-mounted
mechanical equipment are allowed.
- Industrial interior modifications of less than 5,000sf
- Limitations/Restrictions:
- Refer to office, retail and other commercial projects (see foregoing).
