EXPRESS PLAN CHECK
REQUIREMENTS
- All projects must have planning approval prior to submitting to the Building Department.
T. I. PERMITS
- Approximately fifteen (15) working days.
- To expedite to seven (7) working days, additional fees are required.
(Add half the original plan check fee to calculate new fees.)

THIRD PARTY PLAN CHECK SERVICES
- 99.9% of all projects are sent by the City of Pleasanton to a pre-approved
outside plan checker.
FEES
- Based on 2% to 3% (approx.) of total project
valuation.
