REQUIREMENTS
- Retail Use: Total Floor Area 1,500sf or less.
- Office Use: Total Floor Area 10,000sf or less.
- Restaurant Use: Total Dining Area less than 750sf.
- Projects simple in nature (i.e.,Office B-2).
- Projects requiring Public Works clearance are dealt by
staff of Room 308 (City Hall - 408 277-5161).
- Projects involving food service or restaurants require approvals from
Water Pollution Control Dept. (408 945-5300) and
SCCHD (408 299-6060).
- Projects requiring exterior changes.
Require Planning review and approval (408 277-4576).
