- Same day processing depending on project complexity.
(Note - 90% of building applications are done same day)

- Same day if plans are clean.
- If changes are necessary, plans will be
returned and can be brought back
in as early as the next morning for review.
- Electronic permitting available.

FEES
- Fees are based on both the project
valuation and the square footage of the
area of work. A good estimate is 2% to 4% (approx.) of total
project valuation.

about the permitting process, general requirements, and permit
applications.
